Hi all,
I'm hoping someone can help me. I have installed a fresh copy of FreeNAS and installed the CrashPlan plugin, which is version 3.6.3. The client version of the app that I have is 4.5.0 for OSX, and clearly have not been able to connect headless with the version mismatch, I keep getting a "Crashplan has disconnected from the engine" error when trying to log in with my credentials. So I acquired the v3.6.3 client for OSX from Code42 and installed it, but it won't run, I get an error immediately when I try to run the App "CrashPlan app failed to start" or something, likely because I'm all the way up to El Capitan. The server has been happily banging away doing absolutely nothing because I haven't been able to yet authenticate with my credentials, and doesn't want to upgrade automatically for the same reason. Anyone have any suggestions? Is there a way to force the server to upgrade itself?
My log file is filled with messages that look like this:
[01.03.16 09:14:33.073 WARN BWQ-Security::-0_723 de42.messaging.security.SecurityProvider] SP:: GeneralSecurityException: finalizeExchange, remote client likely has an invalid PbK. Closing session. Eric
