change the source files in /usr/pbi/couchpotato-amd64/share/couchpotato/CouchPotatoServer

you may need to clear the couchpotato dataditectory depending on the branch, and set ownership of the new source files.

Those are the versions made before I worked on FreeNAS 9.X plugins. You can't update those to mine.

I recommend you backup their data directories, install the latest of those plugins, and restore the data directories (and change ownership of the files).
You can skip backingup + restoring if you are ok setting the programs up from scratch.

The versions in the repo can autoupdate (or in sabnzbd's case you run that one command).

Just wondering, can you install your version of SAB, SB, HP, CP etc using the GUI? If so what is the Collection URL?

The versions in the official repo are mine.

When you install SAB.SB,CP,HP using the plugins menu on your freenas gui you are installing plugins I authored. I am the author of those plugins.

ah got you. when you said earlier that I need to uninstall and reinstall these services was this because I am running the services from FreeNAS 9.1.1? E.g. I want to be able to update my services and currently I cant with my running version.

The reason you need newer versions is because those specific versions, and only those specific versions, were the ones I didn't author. They are architected differently and don't allow in-app updating.

Ah ok. So just to check if I update FreeNAS to the latest 9.2.1.6 and uninstall and then re-install the services, everything will be good and I will be running your versions?

Yes, the latest plugins in the repo work as expected (and yes those are mine). It doesn't matter what 9.X version of FreeNAS you install them on, they all work the same with regards to plugins.

I only have a sickbeard plugin. I can be changed to sickrage using a few commands. if sickbeard can be updated from it's webui. you must setup sickrage properly for webui updating to work.

Google 'jruehlig freenas' I have the commands in a blog post, you just need to pick them out.

yes that should work. SR is buggy and has alot of issues right now but webui updates usually work. they are set to happen every 12 hours by default

Anyone using the android NZB+ app? Works well apart from having some issues with couchpotato. Namely, it's not displaying images or text from couchpotato, but is fine with sabnzbd/sickbeard/headphones.

I've contacted the apps author, but I was hoping someone else might have run into the problem.

Anyone else have a problem with the "You might like this" list not updating in Couchpotato? I am not home right now but my logs keeping getting an error about something related to the string length in the minified stuff. I will post the error when I am home.

I also get a DB error about updating a parameter.

I followed the youtube video pretty much exactly (other than different names).

Transmission/Headphones/Couchpotato/Sickbeard/Sab all in one jail.
